Dr. Salah Aldin Khaled Al Rashidi is an internationally trained Consultant Ophthalmologist with 26 years of experience in managing complex retinal and ocular oncology conditions. He earned his Medical Degree from Kuwait University in 1999, followed by the Kuwait Board of Ophthalmology (2005–2009).

He completed a Canadian Fellowship in Ocular Oncology at the University of Toronto (2012–2014), with advanced subspecialty training at Princess Margaret Hospital and Toronto SickKids Hospital. Dr. Al Rashidi also gained extensive advanced clinical exposure at leading institutions in the United States and Europe, including the University of California, San Francisco, Stanford University, the University of Chicago, and specialized centers in Germany and Spain.
