
Dr. Karim Omar is a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Burn Surgeon with more than 14 years of clinical and surgical experience. He earned his MBBCh in Medicine and Surgery in 2009, followed by a Master’s degree in Plastic Surgery in 2014, and the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2019. In 2025, he pursued advanced subspecialty training through a Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncoplastic Surgery and a Microsurgery Fellowship.
Dr. Omar’s expertise spans reconstructive microsurgery, oncoplastic head and neck reconstruction, burn surgery, post-bariatric body contouring, breast and facial aesthetic procedures, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and contributing to academic and clinical advancements in the field.
His career includes roles as a Resident and Specialist Plastic & Burn Surgeon in Cairo (2012–2017), Plastic Surgery Registrar in cosmetic private medical centers (2017–2019), and currently as a Plastic Surgery Registrar at Sidra Kuwait Hospital (2019–present).
