Sidra Kuwait Hospital organized a Change Management Symposium, attended by a number of leaders and staff members, as part of the hospital’s efforts to promote a culture of institutional development.

The symposium featured Mr. Haitham Al-Khaled, Chairman of the Board, as the main speaker, with the participation of Dr. Said Rateb, CEO of Sidra Kuwait Hospital.

The symposium discussed concepts of change and its importance in supporting the continuity of institutional work.

The event concluded with an open discussion with attendees and the sharing of several recommendations supporting the hospital’s ongoing development efforts.
