Dr. Hanaa AlKhawari is a highly experienced consultant radiologist specializing in cross-sectional imaging, including CT scans and MRI, with over three decades of expertise. She has extensive experience in pediatric radiology and advanced diagnostic imaging.
Dr. AlKhawari earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Kuwait University in 1989, followed by multiple prestigious fellowships in radiology, including the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FFR, RCSI) in 1996, Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in 1997, and subspecialty fellowships in MRI and pediatric radiology from leading hospitals in London, UK.
She has held leadership positions across several major hospitals in Kuwait, including Chairperson of Radiology at Al-Amiri Hospital, Kuwait Cancer Control Center, Infectious Disease Hospital, and Maternity Hospital, as well as Head of the Kuwait National Mammography Screening Program. She is also an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at Kuwait University.
