The Family Hospital Officially Opens New Premium and Deluxe Patient Rooms for Enhanced Comfort and Care

Sidra Kuwait Hospital has officially inaugurated its new outpatient clinic building, significantly expanding its role as Kuwait’s ‘Family Hospital.’ This new facility is designed to elevate the patients’ experience, offering a comprehensive range of advanced medical specialties and services tailored to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the community.

The opening ceremony of Sidra Kuwait Hospital new outpatient clinic building was graced by the presence of His Excellency the Kuwaiti Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Abdulwahab Al-Awadhi, along with the Assistant Undersecretary for Private Medical Services Affairs, Dr. Fatima Abdulrahman Al-Najjar, and the Director of the Health Licensing Department, Dr. Suad Abel, as well as distinguished dignitaries and officials. This prominent attendance underscores the hospital’s vital role as a leading family healthcare center in Kuwait, highlighting its commitment to expanding medical services to serve the community better. 

The Minister of Health affirmed the ongoing collaboration between the Ministry of Health, as a government body, and the private sector in healthcare services. He remarked, “I am pleased with what I observed today in the outpatient clinics, featuring essential specialties such as ENT and Ophthalmology Clinic, along with other clinics and departments within the hospital. I highly value private hospitals’ vital role in Kuwait and hope our cooperation will continue to grow. Kuwait truly deserves this level of commitment to healthcare. 

His Excellency also noted that the hospital’s name is unique because it is associated with the name of our beloved Kuwait. We wish success to those in charge of the hospital, the medical, nursing, technical, and administrative teams. I would like to emphasize that we are all there to serve the people of Kuwait, whether in the government or the private sector. 

The new outpatient clinic building at Sidra Kuwait Hospital includes several medical departments and specialties, some of which have already opened, such as the ENT Department and the Ophthalmology Clinic. These expansions are part of a plan developed to achieve a comprehensive healthcare system that covers the many required medical specialties that meet the family’s needs in Kuwait, focusing on providing safe, high-quality healthcare across various specialties.
