Refund Policy

Overview

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Sidra Kuwait Hospital Customer Support immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Sidra Kuwait Hospital will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health no return or exchange is allowed after delivery, except in the circumstances where the product is damaged or incorrect from that which was ordered.

Also, Sidra Kuwait Hospital reserves the right to refuse returns for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
